This includes primary care services and general medicine to our patients. As an adult Health Care Services center, we offer preventative care, health maintenance and acute care management to patients and families. We are happy to partner with patients, benefit managers and insurers in the prevention and management of: Asthma, Cancer, COPD, Diabetes, Heart Disease, High Cholesterol, Hypertension, Infections, and other medical problems. Ornaldo Swift Healthcare welcome the opportunity to partner with skilled nursing facilities, assisted living and Personal Care homes in the care of patients. Gladly, we offer walk-in services, and service by appointment. In short, with us, there is no barrier to care! If you cannot come to us, we will come to you!
